La maison de transition offre aux hommes judiciarisés une thérapie (Nouveau Jour), un programme d?insertion sociale (Le Tremplin) ainsi qu?un programme de réinsertion sociale, visant la réhabilitation des détenus, prévenant ainsi la récidive.
